Draft. Have this reviewed before launch. It is written to cover the website, the questionnaire, phone calls and text messaging.
Stoker AI ("we," "us") builds and operates AI phone, chat, messaging and automation services for businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and our services, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Information you give us, such as your name, business name, phone number, email and questionnaire answers.
- Calls and messages handled by our services, including recordings, transcripts and the details callers provide, such as name, phone number, address and the reason for the call.
- Basic website usage data, such as pages visited and browser type.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and prepare a proposal.
- To provide our services to our clients: answering calls, booking appointments, sending messages and reports.
- To test, maintain and improve those services.
Call recording
Calls to our demo line and to our clients' AI phone assistants may be recorded. Callers are told at the start of the call, as Connecticut law requires.
Text messaging
If you agree to receive text messages from us or from a business we serve, message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run our systems (for example phone, messaging, calendar and hosting providers), with the business you contacted, or when the law requires it.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations, and we protect it with reasonable safeguards.
